If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and we'll refund your money. In most cases, you won't even need to send the product back — for hygiene reasons, you may keep it.
How to Request a Refund To start a refund, contact us at otitisair@outlook.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience. Our team will respond within 2 business days with the next steps. There's no complicated process and no pressure.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at otitisair@outlook.com with a photo or short video. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — at no cost to you.
Refunds Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at otitisair@outlook.com.
Non-Refundable Items The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
- Gift cards
Exchanges The fastest way to get a different option is to request your refund and place a new order separately once approved.
EU Customers — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, in addition to the guarantee above.
