SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time Estimated delivery time is 6–9 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Cost We offer free shipping on all orders. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no hidden shipping fees.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive it. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at otitisair@outlook.com.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States. If your delivery address is outside our shipping zone, please contact us before placing your order.

Incorrect Address Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at otitisair@outlook.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
